The 259,730 square foot Class A office building was well overdue for a remodel. With a large Atrium at the core of the building, we added multiple water features to bring a sense of nature and life to the interior of the building. Tenants and visitors can now enjoy cafe seating, community working tables, and private lounge areas that tap into the saturated desert hues and textures the classic property provides in the iconic Camelback Corridor.
